Term 4 - Week 5 - SWIMMING


YAY! its swimming time again
This week we continued to practice our kicking skills and how to kick while floating on our back.
We continued to use flutter boards to help us learn this skill.
What we must do
  • point our toes when we kick
  • kick from our thigh, not our knee (Do the hula)
  • take our time and go slowly
  • hold our body and head straight
  • relax
Some of us have improved from the last time we in the pool. YAY!
